Kate Piper
Kate Piper, the great granddaughter of Evelyn, very kindly shared with me many photographs earlier this year. Most of them were taken by Bill, though a few were probably also taken by Evelyn. They are remarkably clear, and many of them have never been seen before. They reveal rare glimpses into the lives of Bill and Evelyn at the hut on Golden Point in the 1930s. There are also some wonderful photos of Evelyn's son, Steven, as well as great shots of the "Hotham Heights" Chalet and Mt Hotham itself.
